HIRING THE VILLAGE HALL
Dry Doddington village hall is situated on the south side of the village, in a beautiful setting, sat upon a green adjacent to a magnificent oak tree, overlooking Westborough and beyond.
The hall is run by a committed group of trustees whose aim is to provide a great community venue for the residents of Dry Doddington and the surrounding villages. It is available for hire 7 days a week.
Dry Doddington village hall can be hired out as a venue for both community members and also commercial parties for a range of events:

Pricing
The hall is hired out on an hourly basis for general bookings, whereby a discount is provided to residents of Dry Doddington village. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer, with a 20% deposit required in advance to guarantee your booking. Wedding receptions have set prices, with a 20% deposit required also. A security deposit of £100 is also required on all bookings, which is returned within 7 days if no damage or loss occurs.
Booking
We have created a 'Hiring Information Pack' with all the details on the booking process, usage of the village hall, legal and insurance information, and emergency contact details.
We also have a booking form that needs to be filled out and sent to drydoddvillagehall@gmail.com so that we can understand your full needs for the booking.
